1. Who we are

GradNode is a website that helps students compare UK university courses, check whether they meet entry requirements, and plan costs, applications and visas. In these Terms, "we" and "us" means GradNode, and "you" means the person using the site.

2. Agreeing to these Terms

By creating an account or using GradNode, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy notice. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be 18 or over to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you and help you use the site.

3. Your account

• Give us accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us straight away at info@gradnode.com if you think someone else has used your account.
• One account per person. Don't create accounts for other people without their permission.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

4. What GradNode is, and what it isn't

GradNode gives general information to help you plan. It is not a guarantee of admission, a scholarship, a loan or a visa.

• Course details, fees, entry requirements, visa rules and costs come from universities, GOV.UK and other public sources. They change, and we may not have the latest version. We show the source and the date we last checked wherever we can.
• Always confirm important facts with the university, the lender or GOV.UK before you apply, pay or make a decision.
• The profile check compares your answers with published requirements. Universities make their own decisions and may ask for more than what is published.
• Nothing on GradNode is legal, immigration or financial advice.

5. Documents you upload

• Only upload documents that belong to you, or that you have permission to store.
• Don't upload anything illegal, harmful or containing viruses.
• Your documents are private to your account. Keep your own copies too: we take care to keep them safe, but we can't promise they will never be lost.

6. Using the site fairly

Don't misuse GradNode. For example, don't try to get into other people's accounts, break or overload the site, copy large parts of it automatically, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

7. Our content

The site's design, text and tools belong to GradNode or the people who licensed them to us. Some course data comes from HESA Discover Uni under the CC BY 4.0 licence. You may use GradNode for your own study planning.

8. Liability

We work hard to keep GradNode accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on information without checking it with the official source, or by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are important, we will ask you to agree again when you next log in. The date at the top shows the latest version.

10. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
